2009 looks bright for holiday rental owners

In a recent survey of 3,000 holiday makers it was found that 37% of travelers surveyed said they will holiday in a holiday rental home in the coming year, up from 34% in 2008.

How this will reflect on the Spain rental market is another story as a recent report showed that Spain had slipped from first place to fifth for the UK's choice of holiday destination, due to the weak pound against the Euro!
