The Spanish property market shows no sign of recovery....yet
Recent figures released by the Spanish government suggest that the Spanish property market has not yet begun it's recovery unlike other European countries.
The figures released do however report a slow-down in the decline of mortages offered and the number of houses repossed throughout June/July has decreased.
Experts predict that Spain and in particular the holiday home rental market (sales of) should see things improving before the end of 2009. Portugal, Italy and France have all reported that they believe the housing market crises to be over.
Confidence is high for a good year in 2010 for the holiday property
market and sales of apartments in Spain.
